+The World Economic Forum (the "Forum") is an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas. It is committedly neutral and impartial with no political, partisan or national interests and, with the explicit intention of creating a platform for open dialogue between all stakeholders. The Forum owns, operates and makes available the website [www.weforum.org](http://www.weforum.org/) as well as subdomain websites (individually "Website" and collectively "Websites") and makes them available to the users of its Websites (individually "Visitor" and collectively "Visitors") under the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

+The World Economic Forum and its offices worldwide (the "**Forum**", "**we**", "**us**" and "**our**") are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that you continue to trust the Forum with your personal data. +The Forum publishes its own content as well as links, content and resources provided by third parties and content that has been specifically commissioned by the Forum for publication on the Websites.
+I. **Custom** **Platforms**
+All proprietary rights relating to any third party links, content or resources published on the Websites remain with the original source or the author(s) of that material and where any content has been commissioned by the Forum for publication on the Websites, any proprietary rights in such content remain with the relevant author, unless otherwise agreed or specified.
+The Forum public websites are the external-facing platforms for public engagement with the Forum and provide insights into Forum activities, initiatives, projects and roadmaps. The public websites also provide other services such as a blog, articles of general interest and livestreaming services of sessions and events during the said events and sessions. Forum public websites may also contain links or login options that connect to TopLink.
+For all other content published on the Websites, the Forum reserves all proprietary rights including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and to all content on the Websites; this includes all text, graphics, photographs, logos and/or other items that appear on the Websites. The Forum also reserves its rights over the Websites' template, including its layout and structure.
+The public websites use third party cookies for analytics (Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Parse.ly and mixpanel) and to track common metrics such as platform engagement, concurrent users, maximum number of users, time spent on a page, etc. Any use of such analytics cookies is to improve your user experience and provide the Forum with valuable information to help the Forum to better tailor our services to our partners, members, constituents and participants.
+The Forum's name and logo are registered trademarks of the Forum. Visitors are not authorized to use the Forum's name, logo or likeness without prior consent.
+ESMS is a staff and event registration and management system. This platform is used by the Forum to register staff and external resources to Forum events. Personal data that you provide for your registration to this service, in particular name, address, email, copy of passport, date of birth, are used by the Forum to conclude event registration and related activities like hotel bookings, flight bookings and venue access.
+The content, links and resources on the Websites is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which Visitors should rely. Visitors must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the Forum's site. Although the Forum makes reasonable efforts to update the information on the Websites, the Forum makes no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the Websites is accurate, complete or up to date.
+ESMS uses session cookies for tracking user logins and ensuring that the authenticated user is allowed to access to authenticated services.
+## Publications
+TopLink is the Forum platform for constituents and participants of the Forum events to engage directly with the events and other Forum activities. TopLink is also the de facto messaging platform for constituents and participants and is used to browse event agendas, book meetings, generally interact with peers and take part in sessions.
+The content of any articles published on the Websites ("Articles") represents the opinion of the author(s) of the respective Article(s). Where the Websites contain Articles, resources or links provided by third parties, these should not be interpreted as the Forum's endorsement of any views expressed or the content contained within such Articles, resources or links.

+II. **Cooperation Platforms** (third-party platforms providing individualized products for the Forum)
+Under the CCPL license, Visitors may copy, distribute and transmit the Articles, in any medium or format provided the work is properly attributed to the author and the World Economic Forum, that any such use is for non-commercial purposes and it is not altered, transformed or built upon.
+Resource Space is an online (members only) repository of images (photographs and documents) charting Forum events. Resource Space provides high-quality photographs that chart the narrative of the Forum events and is used to publicize, share and document Forum events. Resource Space uses cookies for analytics and user session management. No cookies used in Resource Space are shared with external parties. The cookies are for session management to enable a customized user experience.
+**Attribution**: Visitor must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse Visitor or their use of the work).
+**B-Com**
+B-Com is a web-based digital platform managed by a third-party provider, Psideo, which automates the external resources process for all the Forum events. Personal data that you provide upon your sign-up to each event through this platform includes, in particular, name, address, email, copy of your passport, date of birth, marital status. This personal data is used by the Forum to execute a contract between you and the Forum, make the payment for your services and comply with the legal obligations under the applicable law. With regards to security measures and immigration before and during Forum events and if your personal data is required for these reasons, it may be shared with local authorities.
+**Noncommercial:** Visitor may not use this work for commercial purposes.
+III. **Embedded Services** (services that can be embedded or integrated into Custom or Cooperation Platforms)
+**No Derivatives:** Visitor may not alter, transform, or build upon this work.
+**Stripe payments**
+This CCPL shall not apply to the Forum name and logo, third-party materials, trademarks, names and logos, Website interface elements, graphic files and source code, photographs and videos. The Forum reserves all rights which have not been expressly granted.
+On our donation platform, you have the option to fund a Forum project. With regards to such a donation, we will collect information regarding the amount you donated and we will need to identify you to allocate the donation. We will share transaction data with our payment processor, Stripe, only to the extent necessary for the purposes of allocating your payments. When you initially provide or update your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Stripe's [Privacy Policy](https://stripe.com/ch/privacy).

+**3\. Children's personal data**
+Links on the Websites may connect Visitors to external or third-party websites that are not related to the Forum or under its control. The Forum is not responsible for the content of external or third party websites that may be accessible or displayed through external links on the Websites. Navigating to external websites through links on the Websites is done at the sole risk of the Visitor, and the Forum expressly disclaims any liability for any content that appears on any external site.
