+The mission of Waze is to enable drivers and users to build updated maps and road information services to create a better driving experience for everyone.
+These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your rights and obligations regarding the use of Waze's Software ("Software") and service (both collectively referred to as the "Service") on the Internet or in cellular media. These Terms constitute a fully binding agreement between Waze Ltd. (including its affiliates and subsidiaries, "Waze" or "We") the proprietor of all rights in and to the Service, and you. It is therefore recommended that you carefully read these Terms.
+Please read the full Terms of Use ("Terms"), as they govern Your use of the Waze Service. For convenience, here are some key points:
+By using the Waze Service, you signify your assent to:
+- Safety comes first at Waze. Do not use the Waze Service if this is illegal under your local laws or it distracts You from your driving.
+- We care about the privacy of your personal information. Please read the [Privacy Policy](http://www.waze.com/legal/privacy/) to describe how we use any personal information of yours which we collect.
+- In order to access some parts of [www.waze.com](http://www.waze.com/), You will have to create an account.
+- You may submit User Submissions for publication on the Site or mobile client. You retain ownership rights in Your User Submissions, but You grant Waze and all other users of the Waze Service a license to use Your User Submissions.
+- All maps, map data and other content on the Site is owned or licensed by Waze, and is provided to You AS IS without any warranty of any kind.
+- Don't submit inappropriate User Submissions. We list examples of inappropriate content.
+- The Waze Service may contain links to third party websites. We have no responsibility for any third party website.
+- There are certain conditions on your use of the Waze Service, such as that you will not transmit Content which contains viruses. Waze has the right to terminate Your access to the Waze Service, in its sole discretion.

+**Key Points**
+If You do not agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Copyright Policy, then please do not access or otherwise use the Waze Service.
+The following key points of the Terms of Use are brought for your convenience only. These key points are not in lieu of the full Terms of Use.
+We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms. We will inform You regarding such modifications by posting such latest changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Waze Service following the posting of changes to these Terms means You accept those changes.
+· **Road information prevails**. The information provided by the Service is not intended to replace the information provided on the road, such as traffic signs, traffic lights, police instructions, etc.
+. **Ability to Accept Terms**
+· **Cautious driving**. Always drive vigilantly according to road conditions and in accordance with traffic laws. It is strictly forbidden to send traffic updates (such as updates on road accidents and traffic congestion), while driving. Such updates may only be sent after you have stopped your vehicle in an appropriate location permitted by law. Alternatively, such updates may be sent by a passenger other than the driver, provided it does not interfere with the due course of driving and does not distract the driver's attention to the road.
+You affirm that You are over the age of 13, as the Waze Service is not intended for children under 13. If it comes to our attention that a registered user is under 13 years of age, Waze will cancel that user's account.
+· **Non-continuous updates**. The information provided by the Service originates from other users of the Service. Such information is intrinsically fluctuant and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Waze does provide any warranties to such information's credibility or reliability.
+. **Waze Service**
+· **Location-based Service**. Some features of the Service utilize GPS technology in order to determine your position. These features cannot be provided without utilizing this technology. If you do not wish to benefit from these features, you may download the map to your device and use the Software in a strictly offline manner.
+. Waze Ltd. (including its affiliates and subsidiaries, "Waze" or "We") hereby grants You permission to use the Waze Service for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Notwithstanding the above, You may use the open source software modules in the Waze Service, as described in Section 3.3 below, in accordance with their respective licenses, and Waze places no additional restrictions on their use.
+· **The Internet connection is under your responsibility and at your expense**. Transmitting and receiving real-time updates to and from the Service, require an online (Wi-Fi or 3G) connection between your cellular device and the Internet. The expenses of such connection are as prescribed by the agreement between you and your communication service provider (such as your cellular company), and according to its applicable terms of payment.
+. In order to access the Waze Service (and for some parts of the Site), You will have to create an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on Your account, and You must keep Your account password secure. You must notify Waze immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
+· **Free Software**. The Service utilizes Software for map displays, updates and road information. With respect to some cellular telephone devices running the Software, the Software is a free-software. In such cases you may redistribute the Software or modify it in accordance with the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, whether it is version 2.0 of the license or any later version of your choice. For further information, see the GNU General Public License. The Service, its database, Waze's trademarks, the design of the maps of the Service and the voice files integrated in the Software - all are not free-software.
+. You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," and "offline readers," that accesses the Waze Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Waze servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional browser. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Waze Service, nor to use the Waze Service for any commercial purposes.
+· **your age**. The Service is intended for use by users who are at the legal age permitting to hold a driving license. In any case, accounts of users under the age of 13 years will be cancelled and deleted by Waze.
+. You may not use the Waze Service in a manner which gives you or any other person access to mass downloads or bulk feeds of information on the Waze Service.
+**WHAT IS THE SERVICE**
+. You may not send spam, transmit any Content which contains software viruses or other harmful computer code, or disrupt servers or networks connected to the Waze Service.
+The Service allows car drivers to navigate to their desired address. It allows drivers and users to assemble and update maps to reflect road conditions and occurrences on them, such as traffic congestions, road accidents, police road blocks, etc. The Service is provided mainly by the Software.
+. Waze has the right to terminate Your access to the Waze Service, in its sole discretion.
+**THE LICENSE**
+. Note for developers:
+**Waze Service.** Waze hereby grants you a free of charge, non-exclusive, time-limited, non-transferrable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to use the Service(including the Software) for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
+We encourage you to create valuable and innovative products using our platform, subject to the following guidelines:
+**The free version of the Software**. In respect to the cellular telephones using the free-software version of the Software, the Software is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version. This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. See the GNU General Public License for more details.
+You may use the map and map data without our prior consent provided that:
+Along with this Software, you should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License; in case you did not receive such a copy, please contact us at support@waze.com, advise us of your email address and we will send you a copy of the GNU General Public License. If you are using the Software, you may contact us at the above address, request a copy of the source code of the Software and we will send you such a copy. This offer is valid for three years. Be advised that this clause applies only with respect to the free version of the Software. It does not apply to the Service, its database, Waze's trademarks, the design of the maps of the Service and the voice files integrated in the Software or to other intellectual property rights of Waze - all of these are not free-software.
+- The purpose is non-commercial,
+- You make Your product publicly available, and
+- You prominently display the Waze trademarks.
+**USING THE SERVICE**
+If you wish to make any other use of our maps or map data, please contact us for our written consent.
+You may use the Service solely for private and personal purposes. You must not use the Service commercially. For example, you may not offer to third parties a service of your own that uses the Service; you may not resell the Service, offer it for rent or lease, offer it to the public via communication or integrate it within a service of your own, without the prior written consent of Waze.
+The Waze client is based on GPL open source code. If you use any part of the Waze client skin (including the graphics or sound files) you must use it together with the Waze map and map data, and You may not include maps or map data from any other party without our advance, written consent. If You use the Waze client, together with the Waze map and map data as permitted above, You may also our server APIs and real time data without our prior written consent.
+You must not copy, save or otherwise use the data from the Service's database. This clause does not limit the use of the database as intended by the Software and for the purposes of private and personal use of the Service.
+. **Intellectual Property Rights; Content Provided by Third Parties; Open Source Software**
+The Software may not be used in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms.
+. The content on the Waze Service, including without limitation, the maps, map data, routes, text, graphics, skins, icons, photos, traffic reports and User Submissions ("Content") and the trademarks and logos ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Waze. Content on the Waze Service is provided to You "AS IS" for Your information and non-commercial use only and may not be used for any other purpose without Waze's prior written consent. Waze reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Waze Service. "Waze", the Waze logo, and other marks are Marks of Waze. All other trademarks used on the Waze Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.
+**REGISTERING TO THE SERVICE**
+. The Waze Service may include information provided by third parties. Waze makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by these third parties. Your use of third party content may be subject to additional terms that can be found on [Legal Notices](http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html).
+Use of the Service and use of some parts of the Waze's website (the "Site") require registration.
+. Waze uses open source software. The copyright notices and licenses for this software can be found on [Legal Notices](http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html).
+If you do not wish to register to the Service when installing the Software, you may elect the option "Not now" or "skip". This option creates an anonymous account to be used with your cellular device. Such an account allows you to use the Service anonymously, so that no information personally identifying you or your use of the Service will be collected. However, electing to use the Service anonymously will limit your access to some parts of the Site and any credits you earn while driving, will not be saved.
+. This section 3 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
+During your registration, you will be asked to provide information identifying yourself such as: nickname, username, active email address, etc. You must provide full, accurate and truthful information. Providing wrongful or erroneous information might prevent you from using the Service and might impede Waze's ability to contact you. The information you provide during registration will be kept by Waze. We will not use it in any manner inconsistent with the Privacy Policy.
+. **User Submissions**
+The nickname you provide during registration will be used to identify you when you use the Software and on the Site. Your nickname may be disclosed and visible to other users of the Service and on the Site when you submit an update or when you use the chat feature of the Software. If you prefer to remain anonymous, you may apply the appropriate Software option that prevents disclosure of your nickname when using the Service.
+. The Waze Service permits You and other users to submit Content to the Site or the Waze Service mobile client ("User Submissions"). You are solely responsible for Your User Submissions and the consequences of posting them.
+Additionally, when registering to the Site, you will be asked to provide a username and password intended to identify you whenever you access "My Control Panel" on the Site. Waze retains the right to require additional or other methods of identification.
+. You represent and warrant that You own or have the necessary rights to use, and authorize Waze to use, all intellectual property rights in and to any User Submissions. You retain all of Your ownership rights in Your User Submissions**.** However, by submitting the User Submissions to Waze, You hereby grant Waze and the users of the Waze Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, prepare derivative works of display, and perform the User Submissions; other Users may only use Your User Submission for non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise permitted by Waze.
+You must keep your account username and password secure in order to prevent their abusive exploitation. Be certain to change your password as frequently as possible and in any case at least once in six months.
+. You agree that You will not submit a User Submission that:
+**TERMINATION OF USE OF THE SERVICE**
+. is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless You are the owner of such rights;
+You may terminate your use of the Service at any time and for whatever reason. You are not obligated to advise Waze of such termination.
+. creates a risk to a person's safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement;
+Waze retains the right to block your access to the Service and discontinue your use of the Service, at any time and for any reason Waze deems appropriate, at its sole and absolute discretion. Additionally, We retain the right to share your personal information or information that pertains to you, with appropriate third parties, in the following circumstances:
+. impersonates another person;
+· If during registration you have intentionally provided wrongful or erroneous information;
+. promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking;
+· If you engaged in any act that is harmful or may be harmful to Waze, or any third party, including but not limited to other users, Waze's suppliers or Waze's partners;
+. is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;
+· If you used or attempted to use the Site or the Service for an illegal act, or an act that is seemingly illegal, or if your use of the Site or the Service allows, facilitates, assists or encourages the commission of such acts;
+. involves theft, money laundering or terrorism;
+· If you have violated these Terms;
+. promotes pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements, or anything else prohibited by law, these Terms of Service or any applicable policies or guidelines;
+· If the sharing of information is required to satisfy an order or decree prescribed by a judicial or administrative authority;
+. falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by Waze; or
+· If the sharing of information is required for the purpose of detecting, preventing or otherwise addressing technical issues, security breaches, or instances of suspected wrongdoings of fraudulent nature.
+. is otherwise malicious or fraudulent.
+To the extent possible, We will advise you of your account termination.
+. You hereby waive any claims You may have against Waze with respect to User Submissions, including Waze's removal of any User Submission it deems inappropriate, and You agree to indemnify Waze, and its officers, directors and agents, for any damage resulting from Your User Submission (including attorneys fees and costs to defend any claims in connection therewith).
+**USER CONTENT**
+. **Disclosure**
+The Service allows all users of the Software to submit and post information and content to other users ("Submissions" or "Content "). For example, map and road updates, traffic congestion updates, road accidents, etc. You assume sole responsibility for your Submissions and for the consequences of posting them.
+We reserve the right to access and disclose any User Submissions or any other information as we reasonably believe is necessary or helpful to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request, (b) enforce these Terms, including investigation of potential violations of it, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (d) respond to user support requests, or (e) protect the rights, property or safety of Waze, its users or the public.
+ALWAYS DRIVE VIGILANTLY ACCORDING TO ROAD CONDITIONS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH TRAFFIC LAWS. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SEND ANY CONTENT - INCLUDING TRAFFIC UPDATES (SUCH AS UPDATES ON ROAD ACCIDENTS AND TRAFFIC CONGESTION)- WHILE DRIVING. YOUR SUBMISSIONS MAY ONLY BE SENT AFTER YOU HAVE STOPPED YOUR VEHICLE IN AN APPROPRIATE LOCATION PERMITTED BY LAW. ALTERNATIVELY, CONTENT MAY BE SENT BY A PASSENGER OTHER THAN THE DRIVER, PROVIDED IT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE DUE COURSE OF DRIVING AND DOES NOT DISTRACT THE DRIVER.

+**FORBIDDEN POSTS**
+The Waze Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Waze. Waze assumes no responsibility for any third party website, and You release Waze from any liability arising from Your use thereof.
+It is forbidden to submit Content of an commercial nature (including advertising), unless such posts pertain to Waze, the Service, or Waze's products and Waze has approved them in advance.
+. **Limitation of Liability and Warranty**
+When you submit Content to be published by the Service, you must make sure it is lawful. Among others, and for illustrational purposes only, you may not submit -any Content -
+THE WAZE SERVICE (INCLUDING THE CONTENT AND ANY OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED THEREBY) IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THE CONTENT MAY NOT BE CURRENT, ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. WAZE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WAZE SERVICE WILL BE FREE OF BUGS, SECURITY BREACHES, VIRUSES, OR THAT IT WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.
+- diminishing or infringing proprietary rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks;
+- Content creating a risk to a person's safety, security or health;
+- Content identifying other persons without obtaining their consent to the disclosure of their personally identifiable information, or pertaining to minors and identifying them, their personal information or their address and contact information;
+- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous or invades the privacy of others;
+- that is harassing, offensive, threatening or vulgar;
+- that is characterized by, or that encourages racism or unlawfully discriminates on the basis of race, origin, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, occupation, sexual orientation, illness, physical or mental disability, faith, political view or socio-economical class;
+- that encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, or gives rise to civil liability or other lawsuit;
+- that promotes pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements, or anything else prohibited by law or under these Terms;
+- that falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by Waze.
+YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WAZE IS NOT LIABLE FOR USER SUBMISSIONS.
+Waze may decline to publish, or immediately delete any Content you submitted, if you have violated these Terms or if you engaged in a commission or omission that is harmful or may be harmful to the Service, its users, Waze or any of its agents or affiliates. In such cases, Waze may also prevent you from posting additional Content on the Service. The provisions of this clause are additional to any rights afforded to Waze by any law.
+UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WAZE, OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, ASSIGNS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE WAZE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, RESULTING FROM TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS, TRAFFIC FINES OR PENALTIES, INCORRECT MAPS, MAP DATA, ROUTES OR DIRECTIONS, OR OPERATION OF THE WAZE SERVICE WHILE DRIVING, EVEN IF WAZE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THIS SECTION, YOU AGREE THAT WAZE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES SHALL NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED AN AGGREGATE OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WAZE, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, FOR ACCESSING AND USING THE WAZE SERVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATING OR EXCLUDING LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
+**RIGHTS IN CONTENT**
+. **General**
+When you submit Content to be published on the Service, you represent and warrant that you own all intellectual property rights in the Content; that you are permitted to publish the Content and to permit Waze to publish the Content and exploit all intellectual property rights in and to the Submissions. Waze receives no ownership rights in and to the Content of your Submissions. However, by submitting User Submissions to Waze, you hereby grant Waze and the users of the Service an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, prepare derivative works, display in public and publicly perform the Content. The license granted to Waze in and to your Submissions is not limited to personal uses, but also extends to any commercial use, at Waze's sole and absolute discretion. Other users may only use your Content for non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise permitted in advance in writing by Waze (for the purpose of which you authorize Waze to be your agent).
+Waze reserves the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of the Waze Service at any time. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Copyright Policy, and the relationship between You and Waze are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. You and Waze agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy, and any other legal notices published by Waze on the Waze Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between You and Waze concerning the Waze Service. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and a party's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. YOU AND WAZE AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WAZE SERVICE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
+**EXAMINATION OF CONTENT**

+Waze may examine the Content before or after its publication, prevent publication of inappropriate or otherwise inadequate or erroneous Content, or remove such Content after its publication. Waze does not normally use its right to monitor Content and does so only in rare cases.

+Waze retains sole discretion to determine which Content will be published, the duration of its publication, its location, design and any other matter pertaining to the publication of Content within the Service. Waze does not guarantee that all Content will be published, in general or for any limited time.
+Content submitted by users for publication does not reflect the views of Waze. Publishing Content does not warrant its validity, reliability, accuracy, legality or it being up-to-date.
+**COPYRIGHT**
+All intellectual property rights in and to the Service and its database, including copyrights, trademarks, industrial designs, patents and trade secrets - are either exclusive property of Waze or exclusively licensed to Waze. The Service is protected, among others, by the Israeli Copyright Law, 2007 or by provisions prescribed by any other law, in Israel and abroad.
+Copying, distributing, publicly displaying, offering to the public via communication, transferring to the public, modifying, adapting, processing, creating derivative works, selling or leasing, any part of the Service, in any manner or means without the prior written consent of Waze, is strictly forbidden. "Waze", the Waze logo, and other trade and/or service marks are property of Waze and may not be used in any of the aforementioned means.
+The design of the maps of the Service is a protected work under copyright laws and all its intellectual property rights remain the exclusive proprietary of Waze. The Software license does not extend to the maps presented by the Software or to any mark, indicator, logo or notation embedded in the map display.

In such an event, you must immediately cease any and all uses of the Service, and within your obligations to Waze, you undertake to do so.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FEATURES, QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, COMPATIBILITY, PERFORMANCE, SECURITY OR ACCURACY.
+Additionally and without derogating from the above clause, Waze disclaims any warranty for the accuracy of the maps, road conditions, driving directions or navigation routes presented in or by the Service. For instance, traffic may be congested in roads depicted by the Service as uncongested; existing roads may be missing from the map. Such errors and omissions are inherent to any community-based service that operates on users' posts and on the information provided by them.
+**You agree and acknowledge that you assume full, exclusive and sole responsibility for the use of the Service and that the use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that you must observe all traffic laws while using the Service.**
+THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE THE INFORMATION PRESENTED ON THE ROAD. IN THE EVENT THAT THE INFORMATION PRESENTED ON THE ROAD (TRAFFIC LIGHTS, TRAFFIC SIGNS, POLICEPERSON, ETC.) INSTRUCTS DIFFERENTLY THAN THE SERVICE, YOU MUST NOT RELY ON THE SERVICE.
+Waze exerts efforts to provide you with a high quality and satisfactory service. However, We do not warrant that the Service will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner, or that it will always be available or free from all harmful components, or that it is safe, secured from unauthorized access to Waze's computers, immune from damages, free of malfunctions, bugs or failures, including, but not limited to hardware failures, Software failures and Software communication failures, originating either in Waze or any of its providers.

IN ANY EVENT, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE LIMITED TO CORRECTING SUCH ERRORS, OR MALFUNCTIONS, AND IN LIGHT OF THE RELEVANT CIRCUMSTANCES.

If such information originates from third parties, Waze cannot guarantee its reliability or accuracy. It is underscored that the advertising of commercial content by Waze does not constitute a recommendation or encouragement to procure the goods or services advertised.
+Insofar as the Software includes links to services or applications not operated or managed by Waze, Waze will not be liable for any form of liability arising from your reliance on, or in connection with, the content of such services and applications or any information provided by them, including but not limited to its completeness, accuracy, correctness or it being up-to-date. Waze will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, monetary or otherwise, arising from your use of or your reliance on the content of services you have accessed via links on the Software.
+**BREACH AND INDEMNITY**
+Without derogating from any applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waze and its employees, officers, directors and agents, in the event you have violated these Terms or have operated unlawfully with respect to the Service. Considering that the Service is provided free-of-charge, such indemnity shall cover all expenses, payments, loss, loss of profits or any other damage, direct or indirect, monetary or non-monetary, incurred by Waze, its employees, officers, directors or agents, including but not limited to legal expenses and attorney fees.

You will have no claim, complaint or demand against Waze for applying such changes or for failures incidental to such changes.
+**TERMINATION OF SERVICE**
+Waze may, at any time, terminate the provision of the Service in its entirety or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion.

+Waze may modify these Terms from time to time. +Should you desire to file any cause of action against Waze, arising out of or related to the Waze Software or Service, you must do so within one (1) year of the day you become aware of the cause of action. Failure to file a lawsuit within the aforementioned timeframe will bring about the permanent barring of the cause of action, and will constitute your complete and final waiving of the lawsuit.
+**ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS**
+You may not assign or transfer your rights in and to the Service, without the prior written consent of Waze. Waze may assign its rights in and to the Service to a third party at its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the third party undertakes Waze's obligations to you under these Terms.
