Nothing in this update changes what Vimeo does with your data. The only two differences are the scrambled codes inside the two "contact us" email links — one in the children's privacy section and one in the contact section. The scrambling is a spam-protection trick used on the page; the codes shown before and after decode to the same address (privacy@vimeo.com), so the contact point is unchanged. No wording about data collection, sharing, retention, or your rights was touched.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

The email link parents use to ask Vimeo to delete a child's information now carries a different scrambled code. The surrounding sentence is identical, and the code decodes to the same address as before, so parents contact Vimeo the same way.
