The only differences are the scrambled codes behind two "email protected" links (Vimeo uses Cloudflare to hide email addresses from spam bots, and those codes get re-scrambled each time the page is generated). The wording, your rights, and Vimeo's obligations are identical to the previous version.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
