Vimeo made no substantive changes to its Privacy Policy. The only difference between the two versions is the scrambled code inside two "email protection" links — one in the children's privacy section and one in the contact section. The policy wording itself is identical on both sides of the change.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

Two links that hide Vimeo's contact email address from spam bots now show a different scrambled code. Vimeo's website uses a service that swaps the real email address for a jumbled string so automated spam collectors can't read it; the code shown here is regenerated by that service and carries no meaning for you. The sentences around both links are word-for-word identical before and after, including the instruction that parents or guardians can email Vimeo to have a child's information deleted, and the contact details for Vimeo's Data Protection Officer at 330 West 34th Street, New York.
