Nothing substantive changed. The only edits are to the scrambled codes inside two "email protected" links — one in the children's privacy section, one in the contact section. These codes are an anti-spam encoding of an email address; decoding both the old and new versions gives the same address. No wording, rights, data practices, or the policy's effective date were touched.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

In the section about children's privacy, the link you use to ask Vimeo to delete a child's information has a new jumble of characters at the end. Vimeo hides its email addresses behind a scrambled code so spam bots can't harvest them, and that code was re-scrambled. The email address it points to is the same, and the sentence around it is unchanged.
