Only two lines changed, and both are the scrambled codes behind Vimeo's hidden email links — one in the Children's Privacy section, one in the How to Contact Us section. These codes are how the site hides staff email addresses from spam bots, and they get regenerated routinely. Every word of policy text shown in the diff is unchanged. Nothing about your data, your rights, or your choices is different.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

The section telling parents how to ask Vimeo to delete a child's information still points to the same kind of protected email link. Only the scrambled code inside the link changed. Vimeo uses this scrambling so spam bots can't harvest the address; the code is regenerated from time to time and the visible instructions to parents did not change.
