Nothing of substance changed in this update. The only difference is that two obfuscated email links (for California minors' content-removal requests and for the Data Protection Officer contact) have new scrambled codes — the kind of change that happens automatically when a site re-encodes email addresses to hide them from spam bots. The email addresses themselves and every privacy term, right, and practice remain exactly the same.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
