Nothing about your rights or Vimeo's data practices changed. The only edits are to two email links in the notice — the scrambled code at the end of each link was regenerated, which is what happens when a site refreshes its automatic email-hiding (anti-spam) protection. The email addresses behind those links point to the same places as before: the contact for California minors requesting content removal, and the Data Protection Officer address in the Contact Us section.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
