Nothing about Vimeo's privacy terms actually changed. The only differences are the scrambled codes in two "email protected" links, which Vimeo's website generates fresh each time a page loads to hide email addresses from spam bots. The underlying email addresses, rights, and data practices are the same.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
