What changed, in plain language

Nothing in the guidelines actually changed. The only difference is the scrambled code inside the link for Vimeo's CSAM reporting email address, which the site regenerates automatically. The email address it points to (legal@vimeo.com) is exactly the same as before, and no rules, rights, or obligations were altered.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
