What changed, in plain language

Nothing meaningful changed. The only difference is the scrambled code behind an email link for reporting child-safety content — Vimeo's site scrambles that address to block spam bots, and the code gets re-scrambled each time the page is generated. The email address and every rule around it are the same.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
