Nothing in Vimeo's Copyright Policy actually changed. The only difference is in the scrambled codes Vimeo's website uses to hide its Copyright Agent email addresses from spam bots. Those codes are regenerated automatically, so the email addresses and every rule in the policy stay the same.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

The links behind the Copyright Agent's email addresses use Vimeo's spam-protection scrambling, and the scrambled codes were regenerated. The addresses themselves, the mailing address, phone, and fax are unchanged. Nothing about how takedowns, counter-notices, or account strikes work has changed.
