This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

Vimeo uses a scrambling trick to hide its copyright email addresses from spam bots. Those scrambled codes were refreshed, so the link text changed. The contact details you can actually read — the New York mailing address, agent name Karen Smith, and the phone and fax numbers — stayed the same.
