Vimeo's Copyright Policy is unchanged in substance. The only difference is that two email links on the page use different scrambled address codes, which is how Cloudflare hides email addresses from spam bots. The policy text, the DMCA process, the three-strikes rule, and the Copyright Agent's name, address, and phone number are all the same.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
