What changed, in plain language

Nothing about your rights changed. The only edits are to the scrambled codes inside the two "email protection" links next to Vimeo's Copyright Agent contact details. Vimeo uses a Cloudflare feature that hides email addresses from spam bots by replacing them with a jumbled code; that code differed between the two snapshots of this page, and it decodes to the same email addresses as before. The visible contact information — company name, mailing address, agent name, phone, and fax — is character-for-character identical, and the rules about takedown notices, counter-notifications, and repeat-infringer strikes are untouched.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

   The two email links in the "Vimeo's Copyright Agent" section are hidden behind Cloudflare's anti-spam scrambling. The scrambled part of both links is different in the new version, but it unscrambles to the same email addresses. Everything you can actually read on the page — the mailing address, the agent's name, the phone and fax numbers — is exactly the same.

2. ± CHANGEDSecond Copyright Agent email link re-scrambled the same way

   The same thing happened to the email link on the line listing the Copyright Agent's name, phone, and fax. Only the hidden code changed; the readable line beside it is unchanged.
