What changed, in plain language

The only difference between the two versions is the scrambled code inside two "email protection" links for Vimeo's Copyright Agent. The visible contact details — company name, mailing address, agent name, phone, and fax — are unchanged, and no policy wording changed. Nothing about how DMCA takedowns, counter-notifications, or the three-strike repeat-infringer rule works has been altered.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

   Vimeo hides its Copyright Agent email addresses behind a spam-protection link, and the jumbled characters at the end of those two links are different in the new version. The email addresses themselves are not shown in either version, so there is no way to tell from this change whether the actual addresses changed — most likely the scrambling was simply re-encoded, since everything around it is identical. Either way, you reach the Copyright Agent the same way: through the same links, or at the same mailing address and phone number.

2. ± CHANGEDSecond Copyright Agent email link re-encoded the same way

   The link next to Copyright Agent Karen Smith's phone and fax numbers also has a different scrambled code. The name, phone number, and fax number listed beside it are unchanged.
