Videy Terms of Service changes — dated 2025-11-03 (NOTED)

What changed, in plain language

Nothing in the actual terms changed. The only difference is the scrambled code inside the two "contact us" email links (the DMCA claim address in Section 2 and the general contact address in Section 15). Videy's site hides email addresses behind a Cloudflare anti-spam scrambler, and that scrambling code gets regenerated from time to time. The email addresses themselves still work the same way, and every rule about your content, your license, arbitration, and liability is word-for-word identical.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
