What changed, in plain language

Nothing in the actual terms changed. The only differences are the scrambled codes in the two "contact us" email links, which Cloudflare regenerates to hide the address from spam bots. The DMCA and general contact addresses themselves are the same, and every rule about content, licensing, arbitration, and liability is unchanged.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
