What changed, in plain language

Nothing about your privacy rights changed. The only difference is the scrambled code in the customer service email link, which Cloudflare regenerates automatically to hide the address from spam bots. The email address itself and every policy term stayed the same.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
