What changed, in plain language
Nothing about cookies changed. The only difference between the two versions is that the scrambled codes behind the "[email protected]" contact links for HubSpot and Cloudflare were regenerated. These codes are a spam-protection trick that hides an email address in the page's HTML; the site re-scrambles them each time the page is served, so the links still point to the same addresses. Every cookie name, provider, category, storage period, and purpose in the tables is identical.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

The contact links for HubSpot and Cloudflare in the third-party cookie table use a spam-blocking feature that scrambles the email address into a string of characters. Those strings were re-scrambled, so the link text changed even though the underlying email address and everything else in the row stayed the same.
