Only two email-obfuscation links changed. Oxford University Press uses Cloudflare email protection, which scrambles email addresses so spam bots can't read them; the scrambled codes were regenerated. The visible contact addresses and every substantive term are unchanged.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
