Meta simplified one rule about automated data collection (scraping). The new version drops all references to a separate "Automated Data Collection Terms" document, so you no longer have to follow that extra rulebook, and Meta removed its sentence saying it could take back permission at any time. The basic ban on scraping without permission stays. The only other edit is a missing space after a period.

The old rule pointed you to a separate document about automated data collection and said you had to follow it too. That whole cross-reference is gone. The main rule is unchanged: you still can't use bots or scripts to grab data from Meta's products without permission, whether or not you're logged in.
