Should you not want to receive such e-mail, you may at any time cancel your subscription to such e-mails by sending a mail with the request for the same to customersupport@mm.co.in. You hereby confirm that as on the date of your registration with the Website, you have not registered yourselves on the Do Not Disturb (DND) subscriber list with any telecom operator/authority. In the event, you register yourselves as a Do Not Disturb (DND) subscriber; you hereby confirm that you do not have any objection to receiving messages (promotional or otherwise) from the Company or any of its affiliate companies.

78	78	You understand that Subscription fee once paid is non-refundable. Further, after activating a subscription pack, if you later request MMCL to change your subscription, you agree to pay the new pack price set out in your change confirmation request.

80	80	Epaper and emagazine subscribers can access backup archives for the past two years, provided they had an active subscription during that period. Content older than two years will not be available for any users.

	82	E-paper and E-Magazine subscribers, either through Website or through Mobile Phone Applications, can access the back up archives for past two years from the date of latest Issue, provided the subscriber had an active subscription during that period of two years, prior to the latest issue of E-paper or E-magazine. Content older than two years will not be available for any users. New user who subscribe the -Epaper or E-Magazine will only eligible as per the above condition, and will not be eligible for any back up prior to their first subscription.
