74	74	You hereby agree and acknowledge that the content available on the Site may become subject to technical glitches and/or errors including but not limited to the price list, subscription details etc. If we incorrectly or due to a technical glitch or error state a price to you whether online or otherwise, we are not obliged to provide you with a subscription at that price, even if we have mistakenly accepted your offer to buy a subscription at that price, and we reserve the right to subsequently notify you of any pricing error. If we do this, you may cancel the subscription based Service without any obligation to us and we will refund you any money you have paid us in full, or you may pay the correct price. If you refuse to exercise either of these choices, then we may cancel your access to our Product and will refund you the money you have paid to us in full without interest. MMCL always endeavor to act in good faith in determining whether a genuine pricing error has occurred or not.

76	76	By Using the Website, you agree to receive certain specific email from the Company relating to your membership or any alerts of any activity on the site or content promotion on the site. Should you not want to receive such e-mail, you may at any time cancel your subscription to such e-mails by sending a mail with the request for the same to customersupport@mm.co.in. You hereby confirm that as on the date of your registration with the Website, you have not registered yourselves on the Do Not Disturb (DND) subscriber list with any telecom operator/authority. In the event, you register yourselves as a Do Not Disturb (DND) subscriber; you hereby confirm that you do not have any objection to receiving messages (promotional or otherwise) from the Company or any of its affiliate companies.

78	78	You understand that Subscription fee once paid is non-refundable. Further, after activating a subscription pack, if you later request MMCL to change your subscription, you agree to pay the new pack price set out in your change confirmation request.

	80	Epaper and emagazine subscribers can access backup archives for the past two years, provided they had an active subscription during that period. Content older than two years will not be available for any users.

80	82	The subscribed services will be automatically terminated once the subscription period is over and Subscription fee for renewal is not paid by you in advance. We reserve the right to change or terminate any offered subscription or promotions any time.
