The countries to which we commonly disclose your personal information include the United Arab Emirates (**"UAE"**), the United States of America (**"USA"**), and the United Kingdom (**"UK"**). Some of these countries which are outside of the European Economic Area, for example, the UAE and the USA, have laws which do not offer, in the opinion of the European Commission or other supervisory authorities, an adequate level of data protection.

+**12\. YOUR RIGHTS - LEGAL RIGHTS AVAILABLE TO HELP MANAGE YOUR PRIVACY**

+.10.3 We are not required to comply with your request to erase personal information if the processing of your personal information is necessary:
+.10.3.1 for compliance with a legal obligation; or
+.10.3.2 for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
+**12.11 Right to restrict the processing of your personal information**
+.11.1 You can ask us to restrict your personal information, but only where:
+.11.1.1 its accuracy is contested, to allow us to verify its accuracy; or
+.11.1.2 the processing is unlawful, but you do not want it erased; or
+.11.1.3 it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, but we still need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or
+.11.1.4 you have exercised the right to object, and verification of overriding grounds is pending.
+.11.2 We can continue to use your personal information following a request for restriction, where:
