What changed, in plain language

Nothing in Intel's actual privacy supplement changed — the page still says "Last modified: December 8, 2023." What changed is how much of the page was captured. The earlier snapshot only picked up a short "Privacy Rights" fragment; the new snapshot includes the whole page, plus navigation leftovers and the text from Intel's cookie-consent tool. The newly visible text (targeted-advertising disclosures, data retention, loyalty-program "financial incentives," and cookie/ad-targeting settings) was already part of this notice before; it simply wasn't picked up last time. One small defect: the "Contact Us" link in the Appeals section is now an empty link that goes nowhere.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

+California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia have enacted consumer privacy laws that grant their residents certain rights and require additional disclosures ("State Laws"). This page supplements the [Intel Privacy Notice](https://intel.com/content/www/us/en/privacy/intel-privacy-notice.html) to provide residents of these states information required under the State Laws and serves as our California notice at collection.

Below, we use two different tables to explain this same information in accordance with the State Laws. The tables describe our data practices now and over the past 12 months.
+We disclose the following categories of personal information to third parties for the purpose of engaging in targeted advertising and similar activities, including to expand the reach and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. These disclosures may be considered "sales" or "sharing" or use of personal information for "targeted advertising" as such terms are defined under certain State Laws.
