This is the first full capture of Intel's Cookie Notice — the previous snapshot contained no text, so the entire document shows up as "added." The notice itself is still dated September 2023, so nothing in Intel's cookie practices actually changed between the two fetches. The document explains what cookies Intel and its partners use, how to turn them off, and how Intel handles Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Worth knowing: Intel can change this notice at any time just by posting it, and ad-targeting cookies build an interest profile of your device for advertising unless you opt out.

Ad partners get your browsing data and handle it under their own rulesMINOR

Advertising partners can set cookies on Intel's sites and build a profile of your interests tied to your device. Once those vendors have your data, Intel says they answer for it themselves — so Intel's promises may not cover what they do with it. Existing term, newly recorded here.

Ad targeting can use what you do on non-Intel websites, your search activity, and your general location. Web beacons in emails also tell Intel when you open a message. None of this is new — it's just the first time the full text has been captured.

23- **Strictly Necessary Cookies.** These technologies are necessary for the Intel experience to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. The technology is usually only set in response to actions made by the device owner which amount to a request for services, such as setting privacy preferences, logging in, filling in forms, maintaining secure login areas, maintaining state across pages (remembering items in a shopping basket), and server load balancing. The device owner can set their preference to block or alert Intel about these technologies, but some parts of the Intel experience will not work. These technologies do not store any personally identifiable information.
24- **Analytics Cookies.** These technologies allow Intel to count device visits and traffic sources, so Intel can measure and improve the performance of our experiences. The technology helps Intel to know which experiences are the most and least popular and see how device owners interact with the experience. All information these technologies collect is aggregated. If the device owner does not allow these technologies, then Intel will not know when the device owner visited or how the device owner interacted with our experiences.
