Version 2.0 of the Health and Human Services (HHS) Grants Policy Statement (GPS), effective October 01, 2025, supersedes previous versions of the HHS GPS. The GPS provides information on HHS agencies that make awards, the award process, and where to find and apply for awards. The GPS also provides information about the legal and regulatory rules that apply to your award and will be used for enforcement purposes.
