     By agreeing to FC2 terms of use, you acknowledge that FC2 is providing the payment services and related functionality and technology in support of those services as further described herein (collectively the "Services") to customers (each a "Payor") who desire to make payments to their designated payees (a "Payee"). You also acknowledge that any payment received by FC2 from a Payor for a Payee will be received by FC2 as an agent of the Payee pursuant to this preexisting written contract and that the delivery of the payment to FC2 shall satisfy the Payor's obligation to the Payee.
 #### 3\. Pay-for-use Services and FC2 Points
 Users who use FC2 Pay-for-use Services (Hereby also referred to as "Premium Service(s)") and/or any payment in Our Services that include FC2 Points, agree to the ["FC2 Point Terms of Use"](https://help.fc2.com/point/tos/en) (also referred to as the "FC2 Premium Services Terms of Use"). Following billing descriptor will display on your credit card statement as "FC2.com".

 #### 4\. Prohibited Conduct and Bans
 . FC2 expressly prohibits the following conduct, or any corresponding conduct as determined by FC2, on Our Services. FC2 retains the right to ban, without warning, any User who has engaged in prohibited acts or conduct, or take any possible form of legal action; and may demand compensation or reparations from any User who caused any form of damage to FC2 or a third party.

 . Breaching the trust of, or defaming other Users or third parties.Infringing others' Privacy rights, Image rights etc.
 #### 13\. Disputes
 . The laws of U.S.A. are applied to these Terms of Use.
 . Any disputes resulting from the use of Our Service(s), will be resolved through arbitrary proceedings recognized by U.S.A.
 . If a resolution cannot be made through arbitration, a U.S.A. Court receives exclusive jurisdiction rights.

Court received exclusive jurisdiction rights.
 . If any clauses in This Document are found to be invalid, or otherwise non-binding, by a court; all other clauses will still remain as valid and binding.
 #### 14\. Advertising
 . All business relating to placing advertising on Our Service(s) is the responsibility of Users and corresponding advertisers. FC2 holds no responsibility for any losses or damages suffered, due to the posting of advertising on Our Service(s).

 Upon receipt of your complaint, we will initiate an investigation that will be resolved within 7 business days. We may contact you to request additional information or documents. We commit to acting in good faith to resolve the matter based on the findings of our investigation. Should the complaint pertain to content that we determine to be unlawful or in breach of FC2 Terms of Use, including [Guideline for Adult Content Material](https://help.fc2.com/adult2/tos/en), we will immediately remove the content. We are not obligated to inform you of the outcome of your complaint unless legally required to do so. You agree not to lodge any complaint under this section that is groundless, abusive, or malicious. A breach of this agreement may result in the suspension or termination of your FC2ID.
+#### 15.1 Right of Individuals Depicted to Request Removal
+If you are an individual who is identifiable in content hosted on FC2 (including video, image, or audio content), you may request that such content be removed or restricted.
+**How to submit:** Use our web form ([https://form1ssl.fc2.com/form/?id=5d66515d8b37e2ab](https://form1ssl.fc2.com/form/)) or email abuse@fc2.com with the subject line "Depicted Person Removal Request."
+**What to include:** (a) the precise URL(s) of the content and, where applicable, timestamps/frames; (b) a brief explanation of why the content should be removed or restricted (for example, lack of consent, privacy concerns, safety risk, non-consensual intimate imagery, defamation, impersonation/deepfake, or involvement of a minor); (c) documentation sufficient to verify your identity; and (d) if you are acting on behalf of another person (including a minor), documentation showing your legal authority to do so.
+**Our review:** Upon verifying your request, we will promptly review the content and may temporarily restrict access while we investigate. We endeavor to resolve requests within 7 business days and may contact you for additional information. We may also contact the uploader to request information (for example, proof of consent), consistent with applicable law.
+**Decision and removal:** If we determine the content violates applicable law or FC2 Terms of Use (including the Guideline for Adult Content Material) or otherwise constitutes a harmful or non-consensual depiction, we will remove or restrict the content and may take reasonable steps to limit re-uploads where technically feasible.
+**Appeal:** If we decline to remove or restrict the content, you may appeal by replying to our decision notice within 14 days. Appeals are reviewed by a different reviewer where practicable, and we aim to decide appeals within 7 business days. Where permitted by law, we will inform you of the outcome of your appeal.
+**Special cases:** Requests may also be made regarding manipulated or synthetic media (including "deepfakes") that depict you, and by parents/guardians on behalf of minors. Privacy: We handle your request and any personal information you provide in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We may share limited information with the uploader as necessary to process your request, unless prohibited by law or justified by safety concerns.
 #### 16\. Revision of our Terms of Use
 . FC2 retains the right to alter or revise these Terms of Use at any time, as FC2 deems necessary, without the consent of Users.
 . New stipulations in a revised Terms of Use will come into effect immediately after the Terms of Use have been posted onto the web.
 . The latest version of these Terms of Use shall be deemed to have been agreed to while FC2 is still being used.
 . When you do not make a payment until the specified date provided by these terms of use and each service you must pay a late payment charge fixed by FC2.
 . Payment must be made by the method we specify. When you make a payment by other methods or when losses are caused by it, we are not liable for them.
 . Users agree to the fact that they cannot shorten the contract period of Premium Services.
 . No requests for refunds, after purchasing Points or agreeing to use Premium Services, will be valid under any circumstances.
 . In the event of a request for chargeback from a credit card company, the corresponding account shall be suspended.
+#### 19.Digital Content Usage and Prohibition of Unauthorized Reproduction
+. Customers may use digital content purchased or viewed through the Service only for personal, non-commercial use.
+. For the purposes of copyright protection and the prevention of misuse, the Company may embed information to identify the customer (digital watermarks) in the files of digital content that customers download. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
+. Customers are prohibited, without the Company's permission, from reproducing, publicly performing or displaying, transmitting or making available to the public, distributing, assigning or transferring, lending, translating, or adapting the digital content.
+. If a violation of the preceding provision is discovered, the Company may suspend the customer's use of the Service. In addition, the copyright holder and the Company may take legal action against the violator.
