 .1 Welcome to the websites, online services and mobile application services of Entrepreneur Media, LLC ("EM," "we," or "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms") are a binding contract between EM and you and explain the terms and conditions by which you may use and/or access our online and/or mobile services ("our Service"), in connection with www.entrepreneur.com, together with any related subsites, sub-domains, mobile and software applications, services, features and/or content associated therewith (collectively, "our Websites").
 For purposes of these Terms of Service, "you" and "your" mean you as the user of our Service. If you use our Service on behalf of a company, organization or other entity, then (a) "you" includes you and that entity, (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms of Service, and that you agree to these Terms of Service on the entity's behalf, and (c) your entity is legally and financially responsible for your use of our Service as well as for the use of your account by others affiliated with your entity, including any employees, agents or contractors.

 Refunds of Print Products purchased through the Entrepreneur Bookstore® and timely returned to the above distribution center shall be processed and credited back to the credit card used to purchase those Products within 5-10 days after confirmed receipt by the distribution center.

By using our Service, you will have exclusive access to our vast database of proprietary information, and your use of that information, together with publicly-available information, may involve the assistance of, and information generated by, artificial intelligence models to help provide you with answers to your questions, as well as advice, recommendations and third-party resources in response to those questions. Because AI models in general are still in the process of improving their accuracy and reliability, the information they provide and recommendations they make (collectively, "AI Output") in response to user questions or requests (collectively, "User Input") may not always be accurate, complete, reliable or suitable to the user's specific circumstances. As a consequence: (a) we make no warranties nor assume any liability, in connection with your use of User Input and AI Output as part of our Service (collectively, "AI Models"), including without limitation that such use will meet your requirements, or that the operation of AI Models will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) your use of AI Models is at your sole risk, which means that you are responsible for determining the accuracy, completeness, reliability, and suitability of the AI Output provided; and (c) you understand and agree not make any decisions nor take any action in reliance on that AI Output, without first independently confirming the accuracy, completeness or reliability of that Output, including seeking the advice and assistance of appropriate financial, legal and other experts. In using AI Models, you also warrant and represent that you have read, understand, and at all times agree to fully comply with, these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy \[link\], particularly as the foregoing relate to your use of and reliance on AI Models.

We do not, and will not, use your User Input or AI Output, including any personal data included therein (collectively, "AI Data"), to train AI Models, nor will we share your AI Data with third parties without your prior consent. However, you acknowledge, understand and agree that we may access and use that Data in its anonymized form, to evaluate, improve and support the use and functionality of AI Models. By using our Service, you acknowledge, understand and agree that Entrepreneur shall at all times be deemed to have and retain all rights, title (including unencumbered ownership of) and interest in and to any and all of the AI Models hereunder, except for such limited rights of use of those Models as granted to you as set forth herein.
+.4. By using our Service, you understand and agree to use AI Models in accordance with these Terms of Service, including this Section 13, and our Privacy Policy \[link\]. You also agree to use the AI Models in compliance with the following restrictions and prohibitions: (a) You will not use the AI Models (i) in a manner which is unlawful or which violates applicable laws or regulations, (ii) in a manner which violates the rights of others, including without limitation intellectual property rights, or rights of privacy or publicity, or (iii) for any unlawful purpose or to engage in dangerous activities; (b) You will not represent any AI Output as being approved by Entrepreneur; (c) You will carefully review all AI Outputs before using them, including before sharing them with others or making decisions or taking any action based on them; and (d) You will not use or attempt to use AI Models (i) to develop a competing product or service, (ii) to reverse engineer or extract any components from those Models, (iii) to extract or attempt to extract or otherwise collect from those Models data by automated means, including by web scraping, or (iv) to misuse any of those Models outside of their intended functionality, including engaging in any activity such as introducing into those Models viruses, malware or harmful code, or any other activity which could damage, disable, overburden or impair their functionality.
+We reserve the right to monitor your usage of AI Models to ensure compliance with this Section 13 (including the above rules) and these Terms of Service, and to limit or terminate your access to AI Models, in the event we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are in violation of any of the foregoing.

In the event that your use of our Service, including use of AI Models, involves the products, services or offerings of, or communications with, third parties (collectively, "Third-Party Services"), you understand and agree that we make no warranties nor assume any liability or other obligation as to such use, which shall be governed solely by the applicable terms, conditions and other agreements of such third parties, to which you may be subject as a result.
+.6. Entrepreneur reserves the right at any time to revise the usage rights and obligations involving AI Models as set forth in this Section 13, as well as any other provisions in these Terms of Use. We will notify you of any such revisions by posting the revised version of these Terms of Use on our website. You acknowledge, understand and agree that your continued use of AI Models after the effective date of any such revision shall constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to comply with, those revisions, including any revision of those usage rights and obligations as relates to AI Models.

 Our Service is controlled, operated and administered by EM from its offices within the United States. EM makes no representation that materials or the Content available through our Service are appropriate or available for use outside the United States and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use our Service or export the Content in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. If you access our Service from a location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY EM MATERIAL, OR WITH ANY OF EM TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING OUR SERVICE.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY EM MATERIAL, OR WITH ANY OF EM TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING OUR SERVICE.
