We will provide you with 30 days' notice of any substantial changes to the terms of this agreement. You agree to review this agreement periodically since subsequent use by you of our Service shall constitute your acceptance of any changes. EMI shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of our Service, including, but not limited to, the community areas, content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access to use.
