The only change is a new banner at the top of the page announcing that Dropbox's Terms of Service will change on January 1, 2027, with a link to preview the new terms. Nothing in the current terms themselves was changed — the rules on your files, billing, arbitration, and liability are all the same as before.

Dropbox added a notice at the top of the page saying a new version of the Terms of Service takes effect on January 1, 2027, and linking to a page where you can read them now. The terms you are agreeing to today (posted January 7, 2025) are unchanged.
