The only change is the scrambled code in the customer-support email link. The email address itself is unchanged — Doublelist's site simply re-encodes it each time the page loads to hide it from spam bots. No refund, billing, or cancellation terms changed.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

The contact email at the bottom of the policy is hidden behind Cloudflare's spam-protection encoding. That scrambled code was regenerated, so the link text changed even though the actual email address and everything else stayed the same.
