| 11 | 11 | **1.1** "**Agreement**" refers to the agreement between Customer and DeepL concerning the subscription to and the use of DeepL's Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. |

If third-party software which DeepL has licensed from third parties is being used, procurement of publicly available upgrades, updates or patches shall be deemed sufficient. |
