The only changes are to two obfuscated email links in the copyright/DMCA contact sections. The scrambled codes behind the "email protected" links were rewritten, which is normal for spam-protection tools. No terms, rights, or obligations changed.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
