Nothing meaningful changed. The only differences are the scrambled codes behind the copyright contact email links, which Britannica's website uses to hide the address from spam bots. The address itself, the mailing address, phone, fax, and all the DMCA notice rules are the same.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

The copyright agent's email is hidden behind an anti-spam scrambler that rotates its code. Both spots where the email appears (the takedown notice section and the counter-notice section) got new codes. The actual email address and everything else about how to contact them is unchanged.
