Nothing meaningful changed. The only difference is the scrambled code in two "email protection" links for Britannica's copyright contact — the kind of code that changes automatically each time the page loads. The email address, mailing address, phone, fax, and every rule in the Terms of Use stayed the same.
This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).

The two copyright contact blocks (one for sending a takedown notice, one for sending a counter-notification) list an email address that the website hides behind a scrambling code. That code was regenerated, so the link text looks different. The actual contact person, address, phone, and fax are unchanged, and no rules were touched.
