Only the obfuscated email links changed. AZNude's DMCA policy is otherwise identical — same designated agent process, same takedown and counter-notice rules, same repeat-infringer policy. The email addresses are hidden behind Cloudflare's email-protection encoding, which produces a different string each time the page is generated, so this is almost certainly the same address re-encoded rather than a new contact.

This change appears to be cosmetic (formatting, typos, or contact details).
